Some things i learn from TV (and life)

Jeffrey and Cole, Casserole, the comedic gay boy duo, was playing on tv. It's a LOGO (ViaCom) tv show. They are making fun of old people. It is somewhat funny. You wonder is this Gay humor or just humor? They are wearing towels to look like old scarves.

"But the low-fi sketch series, shot on webcam and assembled by the duo, isn’t necessarily gay-themed comedy — it’s just funny, absurd, fast-paced, and well-written and performed. They definitely deserve to pull a Cosby." FROM http://www.tvtrick.com/search/label/Jeffery%20and%20Cole%20Casserole

When gay mixes with regular you do wonder, how is it different?

More often than i want to keep track on fingers and toes, i have run into, met, been buds with people who have been to The Edge. Some have considered ending their lives?! Some have tried substances other than food to feel great or to not feel at all.

I think, "wow" and there are segments that i try to sympathize...even empathize what is it like, but ... i really do not even feel the souls of their shoes. Soles.

Like when i read the cool blogs, or see Biography on tv about stars who almost lost it, I was like, thank goodness she experienced that...not me. I can relate but i cannot imagine. Yet cuz i am gay i wonder is it different to be "y" and be gay than just be...out of control?

What sort of mountains do we have to climb? How can someone who is straight ever understand our struggles? and yet, how can we too understand...their...struggles? So when Jeff and Cole said "live as second class citizens" i was like..oh. yeah.

So that is what i was thinking about.
